You will not need to fill out every section, just the sections that pertain to the particular ID Card you purchased.
TIPS:
1. Picture of yourself- Please upload a photo of yourself. The pic should be up against a neutral colored background such as a blank wall. The pic should include your FULL HEAD, SHOULDERS AND TORSO. This will allow us to properly size and crop it to fit correctly on your ID Card. The pic should be in .JPG or PNG file format.
2. Logos- The Logo you upload should have a white colored background or have it's background removed.
3. Signatures- Some cards such as the Restricted Law Enforcement ID Cards contain signatures. The best way to capture these signatures and have them appear prominetly is to use a BLACK FELT TIP MARKER and sign your signature largely on a white sheet of paper. Scan the signature or take a clear straight on photo of the signature. Upload the photo or the scan as a JPG, PNG or PDF file.
